  • 2.How To Do The Registration For The Medical Products?

    Since 2008, we started to do the export of the medical products made in China, and we have helped many customers to get their Embassy Letters, such as UAE, Bolivia, Philippines, Thailand, Iran and so on. Different countries require the different documents to be legalized, so we can apply for the Embassy Letters, according to the countries. We can know all the procedures, and now we can give the list, as follows: 1. Firstly, we need to know the country and their requirrements of the documents, such as Invoice, Contract, CE Certificate, ISO Certificate, Free Sale Certificate, Agreement and so on. 2. The Fee is different from the countries, and it is 150$, 200$, 250$, until 1500$ of UAE. The customer will pay for all those fee, before they make their orders with the exporter. 3. The time to get the Embassy Letters back from two weeks, one month, to half a year of Bolivia. We will try our best to help the customers to finish the registration, if they need, in order to do the Customs Clearance and sell in their local market.

  • 3.Which Certificates Can Be Given To The Customers?

    The medical products are a special ones, for it is related to the human health, and it can save the life. Some certificates are necessary for the customers, such as the CE, ISO 12485, ISO 9001, Free Sale Certificate, Declaration of Conformity, Certificate of Origin, Form A, E, F and so on. We will try to give all the certificates to the customers, as long as they need, and we have. We want the customers to receive the good quality, and we ensure the medical products safe. If you want any other certificates, we can help you to get them, or we will apply for them, but you will think about the fee for them.

  • 4.How To Apply For An Invitation Letter?

    If you want to visit one supplier or you attend one medical fair in China, you will have to apply for a Visa, and you need to get an Invitation Letter from China. In order to help you to get the Inviation Letter smoothly, we can give you some instructions, as follows: 1. You need to ask China Embassy in your country, and the Invitation Letter is oficial or company's, and then we can know which will issue it for you. If it is the company's letter, it is easy to do, and the company can write it and then sign and stamp on it. If it is official, the company will go to the government, and submit some documents to the government, and pay for some fee in handling the letter. 2.The time to apply for the Invitation Letter is different, and the company's letter can be finished in one day, and the official letter in one week. 3.The Invitation Letter will be sent to the customer by Courier, and it is OK to give the scanned format, so it is important to know it in advance, otherwise, it will take one week to arrive.
